Angkor University and Ministry of Land Management Seal Strategic Partnership for Construction Excellence

Angkor University (A.U.) has officially entered into a landmark partnership with the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC). The ceremony was presided over by H.E. Theng Chan Sangvar, Secretary of State and Chairman of the Legal Working Group of the MLMUPC.

The event featured two pivotal components:

1. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU): A formal agreement to cooperate on human resource development, specialized training, and the sharing of technical expertise in the construction sector.

2. Special Lecture: Following the signing, H.E. Theng Chan Sangvar delivered an insightful lecture on the "Political and Legal Framework of Construction Management in Cambodia."

This collaboration is designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and the national legal reality. By understanding the evolving "Law on Construction," AU students are uniquely positioned to become architects and engineers who are not only creative but also fully compliant with national safety and urban planning standards.
